Anne Martos,

Myotherapist

Every healing journey begins with a story and Anne’s began with a simple fascination: how the human body holds, expresses, and ultimately releases its tension.

As a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy, Anne has devoted her career to understanding the intricate dialogue between muscles, movement, and emotion. Her work blends science and intuition — the structured knowledge of anatomy with the quiet art of listening to the body.

Anne believes that pain isn’t just a physical experience; it’s the body’s way of asking for attention and care. Through her sessions, she helps clients reconnect with that message easing everything from daily neck and back strain to complex sporting and occupational injuries.

Her treatments are an evolving composition of dry needling, cupping, myofascial release, joint mobilisation, PNF stretching, and TENS therapy, each technique chosen to restore balance and bring the body back to harmony.

But what truly defines Anne is her philosophy: healing happens where trust, compassion, and knowledge meet. Clients often describe her treatments as grounding and transformative. A safe space to pause, breathe, and begin again.

Outside her practice, Anne finds inspiration in art, language, and culture. She spends her downtime reading, learning Spanish, visiting art galleries, and painting at sip-and-paint classes, where creativity flows as freely as conversation.

For Anne, every session is more than therapy — it’s a collaboration. A moment of connection where science meets soul, and healing becomes an art form.
